Refund Policy for Golden Sunrise Philomath Coaching

At Golden Sunrise Philomath Coaching, we strive to provide our students with a positive learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund of tuition fees. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is charged to secure your place in the class and covers administrative expenses associated with processing your enrollment.

2. Tuition Fees:

a. Full Refund: A full refund of tuition fees will be provided if the cancellation request is made within [15 days/2 weeks] before the commencement of classes.

b. Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made after classes have commenced but within the [7 days/1 week] grace period, a partial refund may be granted. The amount of the refund will be prorated based on the number of classes attended and an administrative fee may be deducted.

c. No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the [15 days/2 weeks] grace period has elapsed.

3. Refund Process: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the administration office of Golden Sunrise Philomath Coaching. The request must include the reason for cancellation and any supporting documentation if applicable. Refunds will be processed within [7 working days/ 1week] of receipt of the request.

4. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the tuition fees. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If payment was made by cash or check, a check will be issued to the student or payer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations: In certain circumstances, refunds may not be granted. These include but are not limited to:

a. Expulsion or dismissal from the program due to violation of the terms and conditions of enrollment.

b. Failure to attend classes without proper notification or documentation.

c. Discontinuation of classes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.

6. Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the refund eligibility or amount, the decision of Golden Sunrise Philomath Coaching management shall be final and binding.
