Welcome to Golden Sunrise Philomath Coaching. Before enrolling in our coaching classes, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

By enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment: Enrollment in our coaching classes is subject to availability and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny enrollment if the class capacity has been reached.

2. Registration: To secure your place in the desired class, a non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment. This fee confirms your commitment to attend the class.

3. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes. Payment plans may be available upon request, subject to approval.

4. Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for optimal learning. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program.

5. Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

6. Materials: Students are responsible for purchasing any required textbooks, workbooks, or materials specified for their course. These materials are not included in the tuition fees unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds: Tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or relocation,

a refund may be considered at the discretion of the management, subject to a processing fee.

8. Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected students or provide refunds.

9. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of [Coaching Center Name]. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

10. Liability: Golden Sunshine Philomath Coaching shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property incurred during participation in our classes. Students are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

11. Termination: Golden Sunshine Philomath Coaching reserves the right to terminate enrollment at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other justifiable reason.
